The City Council Of Breda, Given That It Does Not Have In Its Staff Any Public Employee Who Has The Professional Competence To Carry Out This Service, It Is Necessary To Contract This Service To A Professional With Sufficient Capacity To Manage The Communication Tasks, Which Involve The Creation Of Information From The Different Municipal Areas And Its Dissemination To Third Parties, Especially To The Townspeople Of Breda.
