The Contract Will Be Executed In Compliance With The Powers Established In Article 14.F Of Law 31/2010, Of August 3, Of The Metropolitan Area Of ​​Barcelona (Amb). F. Infrastructures Of Metropolitan Interest In Terms Of Infrastructures Of Metropolitan Interest, The Amb Develops, Within The Framework Of Its Competences And In Accordance With The Applicable Sectoral Legislation, The Territorial Structuring Actions Necessary For The Articulation, Connectivity, Mobility And Functionality Of The Territory. These Actions Basically Refer To Infrastructure And Mobility Management, Parks, Beaches, Natural Spaces, Equipment, Endowments, Installations And Technical, Environmental And Supply Services. This Action Is Included In The Previously Mentioned Program (Pacte 25-28) By Decree Of The Executive Vice-Presidency Of The Amb Dated June 5, 2025, And Its Execution Is Justified By Being Considered Included In The Following Axes Of Pacte 25-28: -Rehabilitation Or Transformation Of Equipment To Improve Energy Efficiency, Digitalization, Accessibility, Habitability And Conservation.
