Management Of The Sant Vicenç Dels Horts City Council Civic Agent Service, A Service Aimed At Promoting Civility, Coexistence And Social Cohesion In The Community. The Purpose Of This Service Is To Offer An Active And Close Presence In The Territory In Order To Promote Civic Attitudes, Detect Incidents In Public Space And Promote Preventive And Awareness-Raising Actions That Promote Better Citizen Coexistence. The Management Of The Service Includes Both The Staffing Of A Team Of Civic Agents And The Figure Of A Technical Coordinator Responsible For Planning, Organizing And Monitoring The Actions Of The Service, Ensuring Their Alignment With Municipal Policies In Matters Of Civility, Coexistence And Community Participation. The Service Must Be Deployed With A Network Approach, In Coordination With Other Municipal Services, Entities And Resources In The Territory, With The Aim Of Promoting Comprehensive And Co-Responsible Responses To The Needs Detected In The Public Space And In The Community.
