FACTURACIÓN PROMEDIO ANUAL: Tener una facturación promedio anual por construcción de obras, calculada como el total de pagos certificados recibidos por contratos en curso y/o terminados en los últimos 5 años, de USD$15,000,000.00.
EXPERIENCIA COMO CONTRATISTA PRINCIPAL: Experiencia como contratista principal en la construcción de dos (2) obras, en los últimos 15 años, cuya complejidad sean de naturaleza equivalente u obra similar.
DISPONIBILIDAD DE EQUIPO
PERSONAL CLAVE: Gerente del Proyecto, Residente del proyecto, Control de Calidad.
ACTIVOS LÍQUIDOS: El monto mínimo de activos líquidos y/o de acceso a créditos libres de otros compromisos contractuales del Oferente seleccionado deberá ser de: USD$5,000,000.00.
No se otorgará un Margen de Preferencia a Contratistas o APCAs nacionales.
