notice_summary_english: The subject of the order is the execution of construction and installation works in order to implement an investment consisting in the expansion and reconstruction of the building of the Świętokrzyski Hospital, Pediatric Center, with a hospital clinic for children as part of the project titled "Expansion and reconstruction of the building of the Świętokrzyskie Hospital Center for Pediatrics (building registry no. 2437) with a Provincial Children's Clinic "Strengthening outpatient specialist care in the Provincial Hospital in Kielce", on plots registry no. 389/10, 389/11, 389/12, 389/13, precinct 0015, in the area of ul. Grunwaldzka 45 and ul. President Stefan Artwiński in Kielce. Information on the rules for the implementation of the subject of the contract, guarantees and remuneration is included in: Annex No. 8 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract, Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the public procurement contract. The contractor is obliged to perform the order in compliance with the principles of environmental protection and sustainable development, in accordance with the DNSH principle.
In particular, the contractor will ensure:
• that the transport of materials, devices and equipment, the packaging used and the method of delivery reduce pollutant emissions, noise and the amount of waste generated; 
• that the construction materials, devices and equipment used and supplied meet applicable environmental requirements, including - where applicable - requirements arising from RoHS, REACH and energy efficiency principles; 
• that waste generated during the execution of the order, including construction waste and waste electrical and electronic equipment, will be managed in accordance with the regulations on waste and WEEE, with selective collection and transfer of waste only to authorized entities; 
• use of materials and work technologies with the lowest possible impact on the environment,
