Bar, Cafeteria And Catering Service To Cover The Catering Needs Of The Members Of The University Community In The Center Which Serves To Complement The Activity Of Teaching, Research, Knowledge Transfer And Administrative Support Management, Offering Several Options For Small Refreshments. The Concessionary Company May Receive Catering Orders, From The Different Units Of The University, For Those Acts And Events That Take Place In The Historic Building And In Other Spaces/Offices Of The University In The Area, Without This Implying Exclusivity To Provide This Service. This Concession Of Services Will Have To Be Carried Out According To The Technical Conditions Indicated In The Technical Specifications (Ppt), Involving The Use Of The Spaces, "The Facilities And Equipment Described In Point 4 And In Annex 1, For Which The Concessionaire Must Pay The Corresponding Fee, As Well As The Realization Of The Investments Indicated In Point 5.
