1. Hold a commercial registration certificate and the license which enables the company to carry out the activity;

2. Have proven experience of at least then (10) years on electrical testing services on hydro generators of equivalent or larger capacity than 200 MVA and with terminal voltages of 16 kV or higher;

3. Submit at least one (01) reference of similar successful work in the last ten (10) years. The references must include: description of the work/ total value / contracting entity / email address and cell phone number of the contracting entity. The experience must be supported by declaration signed by the person(s) authorized to obligate or bind the company

4. Financial Statement of the last year. (Balance sheets and Financial Results);

5. Finance and Labour Certificates;

6. Present the Declaration that no insolvency or recovery proceedings have been filed against the company
