Object: Works Contract For The Execution Of The Works Corresponding To The Technical Project For The Conservation And Maintenance Of The Outdoor Sports Courts And Sports Equipment At The Cem Julio Méndez. The Present Technical Project Foresees The Definition Of The Works For The Rehabilitation Of The Deteriorated Pavement Of The Multi-Sports Court. Likewise, It Is Planned To Apply A New Shock-Absorbing And Anti-Slip Coating, Improve The Drainage And Run A New Rainwater Collector With Connections To The Network. In Addition, The Sports Equipment Will Be Renovated And Existing Elements Will Be Replaced To Adapt Them To Current Regulations. The Total Scope Of The Action Is About 2,024 M².
