The Main Actions In The Building Are The Following: - Energetic Rehabilitation Of The Envelope, With The Incorporation Of Thermal Insulation Of The Optimal Thickness To Promote Good Thermal Behavior, As Well As Windows With The Necessary Features To Collaborate In The Overall Efficiency Of The Building. - Renovation Of The Roof With Ventilated Chamber And Inclusion Of Thermal Insulation. - Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels On The New Roof With A Power Of 10 Kw (10.1Kwp) For Self-Consumption Connected To The Internal Network, And Located On The South-Facing Roof Skirt. - Internal Distribution Of The Functional Program That Guarantees An Accessible Internal Itinerary, Both For Communication Within The Same Level And Between Different Levels. - Providing The Systems With Updated And Efficient Installations, In Accordance With Current Regulations. The Action Framed In This Contract Is Financed By The Subsidies Granted To Local Entities Assigned To The General Fund With The Partial Allocation Of The Income Related To Activities Of Production, Storage And Transformation Of Nuclear Electric Energy, Derived From The Tax On The Installations That Have An Impact On The Environment. Specifically, According To The Resolution Approving The Distribution Of The Nuclear Transition Fund Funds To The Municipalities Of The Penta I And Ii Zones Of The Vandellòs And Ascó Nuclear Power Plants.
