The subject of the order will be implemented in the following stages: 
Stage I - delivery and assembly of the Device and equipment by the Contractor.
Stage II - cooperation between the Contractor and the Ordering Party in obtaining all required acceptances, opinions, arrangements and approvals, in particular those resulting from the provisions of construction law, sanitary law, radiological protection law and other relevant regulations. As part of the implementation of Stage II, the Ordering Party expects to obtain a positive decision authorizing the use of the Operating Room and the Device, and then, after obtaining the appropriate decision, the device will be launched.
Stage III - implementation of specialized training for the indicated staff of the Ordering Party and performance of obligations arising from the granted warranty and warranty for the device.
A detailed description of the subject of the order and the quantities are specified in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ - description of the subject of the order for Package No. 1 and 2 (OPZ), Annex No. 1b to the SWZ - description of the subject of the contract for Package 3 (OPZ), Annex No. 2a to the SWZ - list of technical and functional parameters for Package No. 1, Annex No. 2b to the SWZ - list of technical and functional parameters for Package No. 2 and Annex No. 2c to the SWZ - a list of technical and functional parameters for Package No. 3. Information on the principles of delivery, guarantees and remuneration is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - draft provisions of the public procurement contract.
