Electronic open tender, with a total budget of €734,253.13 including 24% VAT and option rights for the selection of a supplier of liquid fuels to meet the needs of the Services of the Region of Crete based in Heraklion and the services of the Heraklion Regional Unit. The criterion for awarding the Contract is the most economically advantageous offer, exclusively based on price. Especially for items with a/a 1,2 & 3 (heating oil, diesel and unleaded gasoline) the highest discount rate (%) per cent is taken into account, on the legally formed weekly average retail price of the item, as it results from the price certification sheet issued from time to time by the Department of Commerce of the Development Directorate of the Heraklion Regional Unit. For the item with item number 4 (ADBLUE), the lowest offered price is taken into account.
