(extension of existing service)—a patient under the care of the Gagliano del Capo District—in accordance with Articles 21 and 22 of the Prime Ministerial Decree (DPCM) of 12 January 2017, for a duration of six (6) months. Starting tender amount for the 6-month period: €17,942.96 (seventeen thousand nine hundred forty-two euros and ninety-six cents), plus VAT if and where applicable. Maximum total contract value: €21,531.55 (twenty-one thousand five hundred thirty-one euros and fifty-five cents), plus VAT if and where applicable by law (€17,942.96 for the 6-month period and €3,588.59 for the one-fifth increase pursuant to Art. 120, paragraph 9, of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023).
