• AMO ou maîtrise d'œuvre de projets ferroviaires de transport de voyageurs.
• Réalisation ou supervision d'études APS/APD de lignes ferroviaires.
• Projets de création, extension ou modernisation de lignes ferroviaires.
• Expérience sur des systèmes de transport collectif de masse (TER, train de banlieue, métro,
tramway ou équivalent).
• Coordination d'études multidisciplinaires (infrastructures, ouvrages d'art, signalisation, énergie,
télécommunications, gares).
• Assistance à des maîtres d'ouvrage publics pour la préparation et le suivi de grands projets de
transport.
• Expérience de projets financés par des bailleurs internationaux (AFD, UE, BAD, Banque
mondiale, BEI, BOAD, etc.)
• Expérience dans des projets de conception d’infrastructures linéaires à forts imacts
environnementaux et sociaux soumis aux standards E&S de la Banque Mondiale ou leur
équivalent
• Références en Afrique subsaharienne ou dans des contextes comparables
