Background: The Government Of Cameroon Has Obtained Funding (Hereinafter Referred To As "The Funds") From The French Development Agency (Hereinafter Referred To As The "Afd"), Which It Plans To Partially Using To Cover The 10 Ha Development Work In The Irad Sites Of Nkolbisson, Kismatari And Meskine Carried Out By The Agricultural Sector Development Project Phase Ii (Padfa Ii), In Accordance With The Agreement Between The Two Parties. The Use Of Afd Funds Is Subject To The Approval Of The Afd, According To The Terms And Conditions Provided For In The Financing Agreement And In Accordance With The Rules, Policies And Procedures Of The Afd. The Project To Support The Development Of Agricultural Sectors – Phase Ii (Padfa Ii) Consideres Using Part Of This Credit To Make Eligible Payments Under The Market Relating To “Execution Of Development Work On 10 Ha Of Hydroagricultural Perimeter In The Sites Irad Of Nkolbisson, Kismatari And Meskine Respectively In The Central, North And Far North Regions On Behalf Of Padfa Ii, In Three (03) Lots”.
