Questions

1.	Does each stage of project milestone require the Team Leader and/or relevant Experts to be present offline for presentations in the Republic of Timor-Leste?
2.	Is it possible if the Qualification of the Quantity Surveyor Expert will change from Master of Civil Engineering or equivalent to be Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent?
3.	Is it possible if the Qualification of the Structural Engineering Expert will change from Bachelor of Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering to be Master of Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering?
4.	Is Bid Security/Bidding bank Guarantee required in the tender documents for this work package?
5.	Does Dili City currently have a definitive Master Plan? If so, can it be provided to us?
6.	Will the existing market on the Taibessi will be moved all to the new location and will be demolished, or the existing market location will be continued to function as Commercial Function and be used as a market as well?
7.	Is there currently a modern market or modern commercials area in Dili or in Timor-Leste? 
8.	Does Timor-Leste currently have Environmental Regulations and/or Environmental Assessments that can be used as a reference?


Responses
1.	The Consultant shall provide the time inputs of International Experts between home and field following Form TECH-6A. It is advisable that at least Team Leader shall be based full time in Timor-Leste. The time inputs of all experts will be discussed during contract negotiation if the Consultant is selected

6.	We will not use land for the existing market, but we will use land that will be vacant to conduct a feasibility study, more clearly see the mapping in Terms of Reference.
